Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Oakridge, your primary responsibility will be delivering high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse client base. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their unique strengths and challenges.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities tailored to client needs.

• Participating in collaborative care through regular documentation updates and interdisciplinary meetings, ensuring continuity of care and integrated support for clients.

• Building strong therapeutic relationships and providing case management services by consulting with community resources and professionals to develop a comprehensive approach to each client’s care.

• Maintaining ethical standards by completing documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy.

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n
