Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed preliminary assessments to evaluate clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health during initial consultations.

• Document and manage cases meticulously from the initial intake to the completion of treatment plans.

• Develop personalized intervention and recovery plans tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a safe space for sharing and healing.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, physicians, and social workers to formulate holistic intervention plans.

• Follow up with hospital staff, including psychiatrists, for clients admitted for mental health treatment, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• A passing score in the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
