Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients, identifying their unique mental health needs and collaboratively creating personalized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.

• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms to deliver therapeutic services, adapting your approach to fit each client's requirements, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or other techniques as appropriate.

• Document sessions and client progress accurately and timely, using the organization’s electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).
