Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, ensuring tailored treatment plans are developed.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate positive patient outcomes.

• Manage and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at empowering individuals facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients during high-stress situations or emergencies.

• Continuously educate patients about mental health issues, available resources, and effective coping strategies tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards while ensuring accurate documentation of patient interactions within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
