Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical interventions to support each client’s therapeutic journey.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding assessments, treatment interventions, and ongoing care through regular documentation and participation in patient rounds.

• Provide case management to ensure a continuum of care, collaborating with community resources and professionals to enhance support for patients.

• Uphold ethical standards and adhere to regulatory requirements through timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training and supervision sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
