Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns to create personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, ensuring tailored support for each client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options, making mental health services accessible to clients facing geographical or physical barriers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrable ability to practice independently without supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our team members and offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
