Key Responsibilities\n

• Support collaborating therapists by scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psychometric assessments, shaping individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct supervision sessions in collaboration with the site supervisor to integrate ongoing professional development.

• Attend regular staff and clinical meetings to stay aligned with organizational goals and improve clinical practices.

• Identify and effectively utilize agency resources, services, and systems to enhance patient care and outcomes.
\n
• Complete comprehensive orientation and training in agency policies, procedures, and clinical best practices.
\n
• Prepare for client sessions through detailed case review and relevant research, ensuring individualized therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in small group supervision or seminar activities, exemplifying best practices sharing through case reviews and video analysis.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in both written and electronic formats, complying with HIPAA and state standards.
\n
• Coordinate services with partner agencies to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Research effective modalities and best practices for various assignments as designated by your supervisor.
\n
• Provide client consultations and collaborate effectively with professionals from other agencies to ensure holistic support.

• Document case notes, client assessments, and evaluations comprehensively to track therapeutic progress.

• Contribute to the development and updating of individual treatment plans (ITP) based on ongoing assessment of client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our clients range from children to adults, including marginalized communities who may experience barriers to accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
