Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions for clients experiencing mental health challenges, including serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to RAMS policies and clinical standards.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and decision-making skills.
\n
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies or referrals.
\n
• Complete psychological assessments, drafting thorough reports with vocational recommendations suited to the client’s comprehension level.
\n
• Participate in individual and group supervision as well as case conferences to ensure continuous learning and effective client care.
\n
• Consult with internal and external providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Participate in public education efforts and outreach initiatives to raise awareness of mental health services in the community.

• Other duties as assigned to support the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals struggling with various mental health disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work with a diverse group, addressing both immediate crises and chronic mental health issues, facilitating group therapy sessions that promote peer support and community healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Current licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• A successful track record of no medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third-party reference.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
