Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and mental health concerns. Use your clinical expertise to diagnose disorders, ultimately guiding the treatment process.

• Individual and Group Therapy: Provide tailored individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals. Regularly monitor progress and adapt therapeutic interventions accordingly, ensuring effective client support.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: You must hold a full, independent license to practice, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW. Please note, provisional or limited licenses are not accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on record.
