Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate practice.

• Employing various evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the specific needs and preferences of your clients.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans designed to promote emotional healing and growth.

• Assisting clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, fostering self-awareness and understanding.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Empowering clients to develop healthy coping mechanisms to improve their overall quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health concerns. Your role is vital in guiding these individuals towards improved mental health by leveraging your expertise to provide effective assessments and solution-focused treatment strategies. By focusing on actionable insights and coping strategies, you will help clients navigate their challenges and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A valid state license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted. Candidates must have a clean disciplinary history.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with and support clients.
\n
• Proficiency in digital tools and technology, critical for delivering remote counseling services effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide:
