Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize electronic medical records to diligently monitor, document, and communicate your patients' progress in relation to their therapeutic goals and social work plans.

• Actively participate in required team meetings, contributing insights and collaboration for comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Uphold all ethics codes and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with state regulations regarding mental health practice.
\n
• Maintain a designated work schedule prescribed by your supervisor, exercising responsibility in time management.
\n
• Follow through on directives given by supervisors and maintain a proactive attitude toward patient care.
\n
• Keep your Oregon driver’s license updated, enabling you to provide transportation for clients when necessary.
\n
• Possess and maintain CPR and First Aid certification to ensure readiness in crisis situations.
\n
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a full caseload, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine your skills and meet licensing requirements, contributing to overall team competency.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the clinic and its patients.
\n
• Offer support and resources to clients addressing financial or social needs as they relate to their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young individuals facing various challenges that impact their emotional health and educational achievements. These clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or other mental health concerns that inhibit their ability to thrive in their personal and academic lives. Your expertise will guide them toward positive outcomes and empowering choices through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license to practice in your state (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) from an accredited U.S. program.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a high caseload environment, demonstrating excellent delegation skills when appropriate.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting dealing with children and adolescents.

• Track record of engaging clients through motivational interviewing techniques and fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Familiarity with community health services and an understanding of social determinants of health.
