Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments of new patients, establishing a therapeutic rapport to promote trust and openness in a virtual environment.

• Conduct risk assessments, evaluating patients for suicidality and potential harm to themselves or others in a timely manner.

• Collaborate actively in weekly treatment team meetings, contributing to the development and adjustment of shared treatment objectives for each patient.

• Engage in clinical outreach activities, helping to raise awareness of available services and participating in program tours as needed.

• Provide utilization reviews to insurance companies, including the preparation of clinical information to secure authorizations for initial and ongoing treatment.

• Maintain proactive communication with families and loved ones, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within stipulated timelines (2 hours for business hours, 24 hours otherwise).

• Initiate discharge planning upon patient admission, working to ensure that all transition plans and resources are clearly understood prior to discharge.

• Effectively respond to crises during sessions, providing support to clients and collaborating with milieu staff to uphold the highest standards of clinical care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges, families in distress, and those navigating transitional life issues. Your focus will be on providing supportive, empathetic, and evidence-based clinical interventions that promote healing, enhance coping skills, and foster resilience. Instruction and guidance on community resources will also form a part of your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent clinical license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC), with a strong commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 50,000 – 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
