Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry a minimum caseload of five therapy sessions per week, ensuring consistent care and follow-up.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Implement interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to address clients' emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Utilize crisis management techniques effectively, ensuring the safety and support of clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress in accordance with compliance regulations.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to integrate physical and mental health care, enhancing overall patient well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
