Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day functions will encompass a variety of tasks designed to support client healing and growth:

• Conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues.

• Providing individualized, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and regular follow-up strategies.

• Engaging actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings to contribute to treatment planning and ensure continuity of care.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population seeking assistance for substance abuse and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your expertise in understanding the dynamics of family systems will be essential in addressing the unique challenges faced by clients and their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
\n
• A current and valid license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a PsyD in Psychology.

• Active licensure that is not under suspension or probation status.
\n
• Commitment to completing pre-employment conditions which include tuberculosis screening, background checks, drug screening, and reference checks, along with compliance to ongoing monitoring during employment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000. In addition, you will be offered a robust benefits package, including:
