Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions through video conferencing, providing a space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Facilitating discussions around emotional well-being and personal experiences to promote client self-awareness and personal development.
\n
• Advocating for clients’ needs, helping them identify and achieve realistic mental health goals tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Performing assessments to evaluate the mental health of clients and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Employing various therapeutic techniques and methodologies to guide clients through their mental health challenges, ensuring the use of best-fit approaches for each unique case.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. All patients are pre-screened to ensure that they are suitable for therapeutic interventions. This means you will not be handling cases of severe mental illness, allowing you to focus on fostering a positive therapeutic relationship and effective counseling outcomes. Furthermore, we strive to match you with clients who align with your expertise and demographic preferences to create a comfortable and conducive counseling environment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated clinical skills with the ability to create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills alongside a compassionate and understanding demeanor.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems to manage patient information effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a community health setting and familiarity with online therapy platforms will be advantageous. We value additional training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the number of hours worked. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
