Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather necessary patient information, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities, to help clients overcome challenges and foster resilience.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to facilitate comprehensive care and discuss integrated treatment strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, focusing on enhancing care quality and staying current with best practices in the mental health field.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to actively participate in their healing process.

• Remain abreast of the latest research and advancements in psychotherapy techniques, incorporating new insights into your practice to ensure effective and evidence-based patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele consisting of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Demonstrable expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions coupled with strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex client situations effectively.
