Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough utilization reviews for insurance providers by presenting detailed clinical documentation to secure necessary authorizations for admission and ongoing treatment.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, coworkers, families, and referral sources, ensuring that all phone calls and emails are returned promptly—within 2 hours during business hours and within 24 hours after hours.
\n
• Collaborate with the Utilization Review and Business Departments regarding insurance authorizations and billing inquiries to facilitate seamless care coordination.
\n
• Develop and implement discharge strategies from the first day of admission, conducting discharge sessions that reinforce coping skills, transition plans, and available resources for clients and their families.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during therapy sessions, as well as guide staff in managing patient interactions effectively to maintain a positive treatment milieu.
\n
• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation, aligning with compliance standards that require notes to be recorded at the time of service delivery.
\n
• Establish trust and rapport with clients and their families through empathetic interactions, conducting regular assessments to evaluate for suicidality or potential harm.
\n
• Facilitate admission assessments with professionalism while also participating in clinical outreach efforts and service tours to promote our organization.
\n
• Engage actively in weekly treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaboratively set treatment goals, additionally providing support for team members as necessary.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be working with a diverse demographic that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking guidance and support on a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
