Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through our telehealth platform. As a part of this innovative practice, you will be equipped with the necessary tools and technology to conduct virtual appointments, making mental health support accessible to a broader audience. Your work hours will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to meet patient needs and the possibility of evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being, determining their therapeutic needs and crafting individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to address and treat mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to create integrated treatment plans that reflect comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, effectively managing mental health emergencies with a calm and professional approach.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client information and ensuring quality documentation practices.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and relevant continuing education to enhance skills and contribute to the collective knowledge of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including adults facing an array of mental health issues. Our patients seek guidance for conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other mood-related or personality disorders. Your expertise will play a critical role in their recovery and overall well-being, as you assist them in navigating their challenges and achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practice.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods and trauma-informed care.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments, accurate diagnoses, and the development of comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
