Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' backgrounds in substance abuse and mental health, establishing a clear understanding of their needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address both addiction-related issues and co-occurring mental health concerns, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to support recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, psychiatrists, and recovery coaches, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the support network available to the individual.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.

You will work primarily with individuals struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
