Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings that holistically evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and overall mental health concerns.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to care through regular team meetings and case discussions.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients’ families, emphasizing their critical role in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with both organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
