Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to gain insights into clients' substance use histories, mental health conditions, and specific treatment needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate with other disciplines within the treatment team, including medical professionals and case managers, to create seamless and holistic care for each client.

• Provide educational resources and support for clients' families, helping them understand the recovery process and encouraging their participation.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
