Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, formulating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to help patients cultivate a sense of community and learn coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, utilizing best practices to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Possess a thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create relevant treatment plans.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to a varied demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
