Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on adult clients over the age of 18 who are facing various challenges due to mental illness. You will help these individuals achieve greater community integration and independence by addressing their mental health needs. The diverse patient population reflects a wide range of backgrounds, struggles, and resilience, requiring you to tailor your approach and treatment plans effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure by the state board is essential and may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently in the state without supervision.

• No disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical services with a compassionate and client-focused approach.

• Proficiency in modern technology and software used for telehealth delivery, including familiarity with virtual communication tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a supportive demeanor, and the ability to maintain client confidentiality.

• Reliable internet connection to facilitate telehealth sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
