Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique mental health concerns.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant practices.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual appointments or have accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the support they need without barriers.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly to uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, enhancing clinical skills and staying informed on the latest research and practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n
