Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, in alignment with their personal treatment goals.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific needs, integrating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions as well as workshops, utilizing evidence-based interventions to foster healing and self-discovery among clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure clients receive integrated care, addressing both mental and emotional health.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process, enhancing their understanding and support of the client’s recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
