Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through telehealth sessions, utilizing diagnostic tools and evidence-based questionnaires.

• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions (individual and group) to help clients develop coping strategies and achieve therapeutic goals, ensuring a supportive environment for discussion and growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and effective referrals as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, abiding by ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations to safeguard client information.

• Engage in continuous professional training and supervision, contributing to your development and enhancing the services provided by our clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of a variety of mental health disorders.

• Experience in providing culturally responsive, individual therapy as well as leading group therapy sessions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
