Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's history and current mental health status, facilitating informed treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, incorporating evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and foster a sense of healing and empowerment.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives integrated care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

• Implement crisis intervention protocols to support patients during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate and effective care.

• Engage with patients and their families to educate them about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring quality documentation of patient interactions and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience delivering therapy in a telehealth setting and familiarity with trauma-focused therapies will be considered advantageous. A background in crisis intervention or experience working with diverse populations is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
