This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to comfortably connect with patients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While most of your work will occur from home, participation in team meetings and patient consultations will occur as needed within our outpatient facility.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and determine appropriate treatment paths.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with a focus on facilitating resilience and recovery from trauma.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in your sessions.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care that meets all aspects of patients' needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients in trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about the impacts of trauma, the recovery process, and available community resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and case consultations aimed at enhancing trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on patients who have experienced significant trauma, necessitating specialized therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
