Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine effective treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing trauma-focused interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Provide crisis intervention support promptly and effectively during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients feel supported at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
