Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a supportive team environment. All therapists collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, ensuring our patients receive integrated, high-quality care. With a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional adjustments to accommodate patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient’s trauma history and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental wellness.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions where patients can process their trauma, establish coping mechanisms, and embark on their healing journeys.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during acute trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and available resources, cultivating a supportive network for recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities oriented around trauma-informed care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in trauma therapy to continually enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client focus includes individuals affected by post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is essential.

• Strong familiarity with trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working directly with trauma-affected clients is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
