Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' history and discern suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), adapted to individual patient needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma experiences effectively while cultivating coping strategies and promoting healing.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring comprehensive treatment integration.

• Deliver crisis intervention and necessary support during trauma-induced emergencies, helping patients navigate through acute challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
