Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify mental health issues, strengths, and resources of clients.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, regularly assessing progress and adapting plans as necessary.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client welfare.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance community and client engagement.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and case management records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, leveraging our digital tools for tracking progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults dealing with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
