Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, diagnose patients using appropriate clinical tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to develop a tailored plan of care.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting strategies as required to meet the evolving needs of the patient.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their support systems to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that specifically address their unique cultural and personal needs.

• Facilitate referrals and coordinate care, acting as a linkage between patients and other treatment providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Teach and guide students, interns, and volunteers, fostering growth within the team through mentorship and clinical supervision.

• Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and collaborative treatment discussions to promote best practices and enhance professional skills among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth and families experiencing various mental health challenges. This population often presents with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral disorders and trauma-related symptoms. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, accompanied by a current license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is required.
