Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, offering flexibility and a supportive work-life balance. Our telehealth platform connects you with clients and colleagues alike, enabling collaboration and communication without geographical barriers. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, which allows for a predictable schedule while offering vital mental health support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based screening tools.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans with a focus on integrating services and empowering clients toward recovery.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy while maintaining a manageable caseload.

• Engage in crisis interventions, utilizing your expertise to assess emergency situations effectively and provide immediate support when necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance common goals, ensuring the delivery of holistic care that addresses each client's unique needs.

• Document clinical encounters and ensure timely completion of reports, maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulatory frameworks.

• Participate in agency committees aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing quality improvement initiatives, contributing your insights and expertise.

• Provide on-call support as needed, ensuring clients receive assistance outside of regular program hours.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
