Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing the flexibility of working from home while servicing our clients via telehealth. Our virtual environment is organized in a way that ensures seamless coordination among team members, supporting an effective delivery of care that prioritizes client engagement and therapeutic outcomes. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced approach to work and life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments of clients experiencing major mental illnesses or emotional disorders through initial screenings and ongoing evaluations.

• Create and implement integrated care plans tailored to client needs, ensuring the continuity of care and purposeful communication among clients, their families, and other providers.

• Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including therapy for individuals, groups, and families, focusing on prevention and recovery strategies.

• Participate actively as a member of our multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and achieve common goals.

• Monitor clients’ progress, ensuring adherence to treatment plans while adjusting as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, facilitating immediate support and necessary referrals to higher levels of care when situations arise.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment processes to maintain compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in organizational committees aimed at optimizing service delivery and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

• Uphold ethical standards of practice, ensuring confidentiality and the welfare of clients are prioritized in all interactions.

• Carry a consistent caseload while ensuring proactive communication with clients to facilitate ongoing engagement and support.

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse range of clients from various cultural backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
