Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, in accordance with the center’s policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular communication with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to report on patient progress and concerns, ensuring a coordinated approach to therapy.

• Assist in discharge planning, collaborating with clients and their support systems to facilitate access to ongoing services and resources within the community.

• Participate in supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices are followed in treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active LCSW licensing in California is a must.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and related technologies for documentation and reporting purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clarity Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
