Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s circumstances and objectives.

• Employ innovative therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness practices—to guide clients through their mental health journeys.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Manage a robust caseload with a commitment to a minimum of 20 client visits each week, ensuring high-quality therapeutic engagement and support.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, and medical professionals to coordinate holistic services for clients, fostering an integrated care approach.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in staff meetings, training sessions, and collaborative case discussions, promoting a learning culture within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your approach. Your professional scope encompasses counseling clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, with an emphasis on culturally competent care to ensure that every individual feels understood and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years’ experience working in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a proven ability to work effectively with clients in a therapeutic capacity.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid academic foundation for therapeutic practice.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California, which is essential for providing high-quality therapy services.
