You will utilize various telehealth platforms to deliver services, conduct assessments, and facilitate therapy sessions with clients from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement short-term counseling interventions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral approaches, for clients facing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, and domestic violence.
\n
• Provide effective crisis intervention, including assessment and de-escalation methods, and coordinate with public mental health crisis response teams when necessary.
\n
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services for clients, including follow-up assessment and prevention planning post-crisis.
\n
• Conduct short-term case management for clients in treatment, assisting with resource navigation and ensuring access to essential services.

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals of varying ages, cultural backgrounds, and presenting issues. The focus is on providing tailored mental health support to those facing multifaceted challenges, demonstrating your ability to empathize with each client’s unique situation and facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science or a related field, with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience.

• Current and valid licensure in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering clinical mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, with a strong understanding of effective treatment approaches for various mental disorders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation as needed for potential home visits.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth or remote therapy settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
