Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and supportive individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring privacy and comfort for clients during their therapeutic journey.

• Develop and review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, integrating feedback from multidisciplinary team members.
\n
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational standards and within the digital health record system, ensuring accuracy and safety for all clients.
\n
• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies as necessary, recognizing and responding immediately to signs of distress or behavioral changes in clients.
\n
• Provide orientation and support to new clients and their families, explaining treatment protocols and addressing any questions they may have.
\n
• Advocate for the necessary resources and services for your clients, collaborating with community organizations and support systems when appropriate.
\n
• Maintain a positive and constructive work environment by providing peer support and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our patients often present with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California is required.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in applying DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and developing treatment plans based on established guidelines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.

• Ability to independently manage self-care while prioritizing client needs within a flexible work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing marriage and family therapy services to various demographics is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to document client interactions and streamline workflows.

• Experience with telehealth services and remote therapeutic practices can be an asset.
