Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring effective patient outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that encompass both mental health and physical health aspects, collaborating with physicians and specialists as necessary.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities while being responsive to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Coordinating with medical providers to ensure clear communication and continuity of care for patients with complex health needs.

• Providing crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective response to protect patient safety.

• Educating patients on the relationship between mental health and physical well-being, encouraging active participation in their treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within California.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
