Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.

• Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to support mental wellbeing.

• Document client sessions and progress meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions, contributing to a supportive learning culture.

• Offer crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients in urgent situations.

Qualifications\n
