Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic treatment through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical record documentation in compliance with agency requirements, including treatment plans, outcome assessments, and psychosocial information.

• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with a clinical director or lead therapist to enhance your clinical skills and ensure high-quality care for patients.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and circumstances of each client, factoring in their individual backgrounds and challenges.

• Engage actively with patients and their families to foster trusting therapeutic relationships that facilitate healing and positive outcomes.

• Contribute to the clinic's fast-paced environment by managing your caseload effectively while adapting to ever-evolving client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with children and adolescents, providing critical support to younger populations and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
