Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices to diagnose and create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone platforms, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and health coaches, to design coordinated care strategies that enhance patient outcomes.

• Create and maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with established protocols and regulations.

• Participate in ongoing team meetings and case consultations to continuously refine therapeutic approaches and share insights with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population of adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Utilizing a person-centered approach, you will foster trusting relationships that empower clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe setting.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
