Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to accurately identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.

• Facilitate initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering essential information to inform care planning and treatment pathways for patients and their families.

• Maintain clear and collaborative communication with team members regarding assessments, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary care strategies through regular documentation and scheduled meetings.

• Utilize knowledge and skills to deliver care addressing the physical, emotional, psychological, and educational needs of clients across diverse age groups.

• Provide case management services by consulting and collaborating with community resources, professionals, and programs to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to patient well-being.

• Complete documentation accurately and timely, adhering to ethical standards while fulfilling departmental expectations.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to assist patients in achieving their individual goals and treatment objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Counselors will support clients dealing with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, ensuring that tailored interventions and support are provided to meet their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.

• Availability for variable work hours, between 10 to 40 sessions per week, to meet patient demand effectively.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct mental health counseling services is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
