Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving a multicultural and diverse patient population, including ethnic and cultural minorities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrants. Your cultural competence will play a pivotal role in effectively addressing their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, culturally responsive treatment methods, and current best practices in therapy.

• Proven experience conducting individual and group therapy sessions utilizing inclusive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, remaining effective and composed in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of building rapport with a diverse array of clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
