Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, issues, and goals to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using tailored approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-based practices, aimed at enhancing clients' emotional functioning.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring progress is continuously monitored and adapted as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may face accessibility challenges, ensuring everyone has the opportunity for quality mental health support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Washington as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
