This position allows for remote work, prioritizing flexibility and work-life balance. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured schedule for our employees. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorders on clients’ lives, ensuring a thorough understanding of their symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and goals, using evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in structured sessions to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatments, and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their conditions.

• Monitor clients’ progress closely throughout their treatment, adjusting plans based on feedback and clinical observations to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapies for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• A proven track record of effective therapy outcomes for clients with mood disorders, reflecting a commitment to ongoing improvement and professional growth.
