Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities aimed at promoting client well-being and personal growth.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients, ensuring that those with transportation or scheduling challenges can receive care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, providing therapeutic services to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and major life transitions. Each client will receive personalized attention to support their journey towards improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and empathetic engagement with clients.

• A non-judgmental attitude, combined with a deep sense of empathy and compassion.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, critical for managing caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings, preferably within a private practice environment.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
