Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, to promote clients' personal growth and well-being.

• Setting therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and systematically monitoring their progress to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.

• Offering teletherapy sessions to cater to clients who face accessibility challenges, ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their situation, receive the support they need.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to uphold ethical standards and facilitate continuity of care.

• Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with the latest in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse client population dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LSW.

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating open dialogue with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions with clients.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
