Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health statuses and establish treatment goals.

• Create individualized therapy plans based on comprehensive evaluations, focusing on client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to address diverse patient backgrounds.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused interventions.

• Regularly document client progress in an electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records that facilitate information sharing across the care team.

• Facilitate referrals to psychiatrists or other healthcare professionals as required, working within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Support clients in developing coping strategies and life skills to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support may be struggling with a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and addiction issues. Our focus is on creating a safe and affirming space for all clients, encouraging growth and healing through individualized therapy that respects their unique backgrounds and lived experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing in a relevant field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience working with a diverse client base.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, along with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Effective crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
